Contact information is collected when a Customer contacts the Company, whether by website, email, trade event or telephone. Southwest Microwave will keep a record of such communications to notify Customers of product updates, technical information, company and event news, training details or other promotional announcements. Southwest Microwave employs affiliated partners and vendors, operating worldwide, (Agents/Distributors) to perform tasks on its behalf and may need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. Examples include providing customer service, fulfilling orders and providing marketing assistance. Unless advised otherwise, these Agents do not have any right to use your information beyond what is necessary to provide customer services. Southwest Microwave will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to third parties.
