Continuing our Commitment: Message from the President

The safety and well-being of our clients and employees are our top priorities. Amid the outbreak of COVID-19, Southwest Microwave is remaining operational to serve the needs of our clients worldwide while also focusing efforts on safeguarding our team members.

To minimize transmission risk of COVID-19, we have suspended employee travel to customer sites for sales visits, training and technical support until further notice. Our sales and technical teams are readily available to schedule telephone and web-based conferences to discuss your projects, and to provide technical support to users of our systems as needed.

We’re maintaining close communication with our suppliers and confirm that they are operational and have healthy supply chains to support our business needs. The Southwest Microwave team will continue to stay well-informed on government mandates and will notify clients if any production delays are foreseen as this challenging situation continues to unfold.
